It is my privilege to be the owner and founder of Homeview Realty Inc. In the last 10 years, I have completed $100M+ in real estate sales. I am pleased to have brought so much happiness into my clients life with finding them the perfect home for their fit. Starting from the purchase of my first personal property in 2008 I have generated a strong passion for real estate that now feel like a hobby more than a career.
I decided to create Homeview Realty due to the passion I carry of the field and most importantly to make your next real estate move fun and stressless. During my experiences with other brokerages I have developed and mastered many skills, information and knowledge that are being transferred into my new organization. I strongly believe that together with our integrity, experience, level of knowledge, networking of real estate investment professionals, Homeview Realty will rapidly grow and succeed faster than anticipated.I dedicate a lot of my time to my real estate career, everyday I wake up with positive energy and a smile on my face because I know I'm not just going to work, I'm going to experience my passion another day.
When I’m not working I like to dedicate some of my free time to my other passion soccer. Most importantly I always make time for my beautiful family that I love way too much.

Erind achieved a diploma in Recreation and Leisure Services from Mohawk College and continued on to complete a degree in Recreation and Leisure Studies at Brock University. He spent 10 years at Columbia International College, teaching students and leading as a senior advisor in the Athletics department. During this time, he began investing in residential properties around colleges and universities, and learning the operations and economics of developing income properties. This enterprise continued to grow and resulted in Erind launching EH Property Management, which further developed his expertise in construction, renovations, investing, producing positive cash flow, and all elements of real estate transactions.
As a real estate sales representative, Erind is uniquely able to assess all facets of a property and how it can be best utilized. He has extensive experience with the pre-development purchase process, as well as the resale market. He has lots of experience with prior real estate brokerage where his skills and knowledge have been transferred to execute our team. Erind continues to develop his own portfolio and keep his clients closely connected to opportunities.
